Lee Scott - CEO de Walmart.

Un amigo estuvo en una conferencia de Lee Scott (CEO de Walmart),
y me paso estos Ten tips on management
  • Hiring people better than yourself is the most effective way to build your carrer
  • Ego is the greatest enemy of leadership
  • Most of waht you say the first time, will be missunderstood or ignored
  • When people know what you want, they will often give it to you
  • The ability to give honest and constructive feedback is rare talent
  • Very few people ever feel they are on top of things.
  • Integrity is the single most important characteristic of a leader
  • Sharing praise is a compromise. Give it all away
  • What you say and how you say it is not really as important as what is heard and how it is heard. - Even though you feel strongly about something, there is a possibility you could be wrong.
Son bastante simples y algunos obvios pero nunca esta de mas recordarlos
